Protector Forsikring ASA has on 18 May finalised its buy-back program before end date as the maximum number of shares of 120,000, defined in the program, has been met.
The total program comprised 120,000 shares repurchased in the market for a total consideration of NOK 55,425,056.68. The weighted average price for the shares was NOK 461.8755.
